Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan
This plan is designed to help regulate blood glucose levels (which tends to help control cravings), promotes a healthy body weight, and strives to reduce chronic and systemic inflammation (associated with many chronic diseases). This plan is gluten free, light on dairy, and light on legumes. This is probably our most popular plan.
Diabetes/Pre-Diabetes Meal Plan
This plan is designed for those who may have been recently told by their physician that they are “pre-diabetic”; or perhaps Type 2 Diabetes runs in your family; or for those who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This plan is moderately low in carbohydrates, rich in fiber, and contains low glycemic index foods. The goal of this plan is to help reduce spikes and sudden drops in blood glucose. For more flexibility in Calories and macronutrient content, I would suggest the Total Custom plan after your free trial expires.
Plant-Based Meal Plan
This plan is designed for those people who are wanting to be sure their plant-based eating plan is nutritionally adequate and balanced. All of the recipes are 100% plant based. This eating plan is rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients, rich in fiber and micronutrients, and is also anti-inflammatory.
PCOS Meal Plan
This plan is designed to help women with PCOS manage their symptoms better. The plan is moderate in carbohydrate and low glycemic index foods, high in plant protein, rich in fiber and antioxidants. The plan is designed to help with blood glucose levels, help with maintaining a healthy body weight, and help with reducing inflammation.
