Who Am I?
(in other words, what are my credentials?)
Hello! I'm glad you're here. And, I’m glad you are checking out my credentials because when it comes to nutritional counseling, it’s important to me that you know my qualifications. I'm Marcia Curley and I've been a registered dietitian nutritionist for over 30 years. Yikes!!! That kinda makes me sound old, doesn't it?? Well....maybe…or maybe not. No worries though, because I’m totally owning it. Over the years, I've seen many trends and gimmicks come and go in the field of nutrition.
The maze of nutrition information can be confusing and sometimes, it can even sound contradictory at times. Eat this. No, wait...don't eat this. High Carb/Low Fat. Low Carb/High Pro. Low Carb/High Fat. The Keto diet? The Atkins diet? ....Gluten Free?? Dairy Free?? and it goes on and on and on.....
I can help you through this maze of information. Let me walk with you on your journey to better health. Let me coach you through the fog and the maze of confusion. Together, we will find a winning strategy for you and get you feeling better both physically and mentally.
It really does matter what you eat!
